Every user session will take 12 ~ 13 % of one core. The FFT takes half a core, but only done once for all users, plus something for the OS and other processes. This means you can probably stuff 20 users in that RPi (other memory bandwidth/bus limits will be reached before the CPU is fully utilized). This needs some testing.

Hi Jeff,
Myabe uou already knew this but when running TOP press the “1” character
(on the normal not numeric keyboard) and you will see the usage per CPU. More
informative.
My guess is that spyserver is using only one of the n CPU’s.

Will stick a clean raspbian install on a card later and try it.

I have been looking for a good CAT and/or omnirig for SDR#. An Omnirig Pluging would be GREAT for hams becouse SDR# could follow our Radio. Is anyone available? Thank's a lot.

Witch band in your internet connection?Sampling at 8bit @ 2.4 MSPS and decimating to 9.375 kSPS gets you 8 + 4 = 12 bits of resolution with ENOB very close to 12, which roughly what a good 14bit ADC would give you at the same final sample rate. Add some filtering and it should be perfectly usable as a budget receiver. That's basically what other 12 bit radios do.
