I found this statement in GQRX in Linux, when I open Configure I/O devices, I/Q input, Device string:
file=/path/to/your/file,freq=100e6,rate=1e6,repeat=true,throttle=true

/path/to/your/file: No such file or directory

FATAL: can't open file

Any help would be appreciated.
