Not Email, but there are some resources available on the internet, if you have access. One is a flight simulator game manual for the F-16. Not an official flight manual, but it shows how to fly the aircraft in the game. It is about 600 pages long: https://www.f-16.net/downloads/Falcon_4_Manuals/f4_manual.pdf There are also other downloads at that site (https://www.f-16.net/downloads_F16handbooks.html), which is dedicated to the F-16. It’s not difficult to find declassified flight manuals, although they may be not too enlightening. NATOPS for Navy aircraft are probably the most complete from a dynamic point of view.

I don't think that gray area actually exists.
Something which is secret, but somehow out in the open, is still classified. I believe you can get in trouble for further dissemination of it.
There does appear to be a gray area as to what you can get away with if you are the President, which may have some entertainment value in the near future.

Thank you, Rush, Laurel, There is no assumption of bad intentions on anyone’s part. (My actual assumption is that state actors have had such material long ago.) This is an area where the game development team has legitimate sensitivity and makes some careful choices. There are places online where declassified flight manuals are available and I am happy if we point members to those locations. (I am on my phone at the moment and don’t have my bookmarks available.) I think that maybe adding something to the end of the group's description regarding open source information would be a good idea. In a spirit of generosity, I wonder if there might have been a translation issue between "de-crypted" and "declassified". The first one sounds ominous but the second is the type of information we use. I was also wondering about the email request. Could it be that internet access for the OP is more restricted than Email? I did a history project on tanks in the 8th grade years ago. I was going nuts trying to get more detailed data on modern tanks. The UK MOD and the Soviet Embassy proved among the most helpful. As I recall, I got a personal letter from the USSR military attaché with most of the info I was looking for in a concise table. The FBI actually launched an inquiry on me! I'm inclined to think this is a kid in China working on a school project. By way of responding with a helpful suggestion, there are declassified flight manuals and other information available online.
