קריאה לפעולה:
ביום שישי, 22.7.22, נעמוד בשעה 11:00 מול שגרירות אוסטרליה בישראל, רח' יהודה הלוי 23 תל אביב, ונדרוש הכרה בעצמאות פלסטין
ניצחונה
של מפלגת הלייבור בבחירות באוסטרליה ומינויו של אנתוני אלבניזי לראשות
הממשלה עוררה תקוות בקרב פלסטינים וישראלים השואפים לסיום הכיבוש ולהקמה של
מדינת פלסטין עצמאית בצד ישראל.
הלייבור ולאבניזי – גם במערכת בחירות זו – הצהירו לא אחת על התנגדות לכיבוש ועל הצורך להכיר במדינה פלסטינית עצמאית.
לצערנו באתר משרד החוץ האוסטרלי, בפרק על השטחים הפלסטיניים הכבושים עדיין כתוב –
Australia does not recognise a Palestinian state. We are committed to a two-state solution.
אוסטרליה אינה מכירה במדינת פלסטין, אבל מחויבת לפתרון שתי המדינות... האם הדבר אפשרי?
אנו
סבורים שגישה זו היא שמונעת את הקמתה של מדינה פלסטינית עצמאית ומנציחה את
הכיבוש. טמונה בה התפיסה שהגדרה עצמית לאומית תלויה בהסכמת הכובש.
עד
עתה ראינו כיצד משא ומתן "בלא תנאים מוקדמים" מחזק את תומכי הכיבוש בישראל
ומאפשר להם להנציח את ממשל הכיבוש עד אין קץ, ובתוכו כל הפשעים והפרת
הזכויות הפרטיות והלאומיות – הריסות בתים, התנחלויות, גזל קרקעות, ירי
במפגינים, מעצרים ללא משפט ואף הוצאות להורג בלא משפט.
עד עתה הכירו בפלסטין 157 מדינות בעולם, אך דווקא מדינות "הגוש המערבי" שבהן ישראל תלויה נמנעות מלעשות כן.
לנוכח
חילופי הממשל באוסטרליה, אנו מקווים שאוסטרליה – תשבור את גל האטימות
והאדישות ה"מערבי" ותכיר חד צדדית במדינת פלסטין. אנו סבורים שמהלך זה עשוי
להוות תקדים שיקל על ממשלות נוספות, גם באירופה ובצפון אמריקה, לעשות מהלך
דומה, ולעודד משא ומתן ממשי לשלום ולא "משא ומתן" מדומה שמאפשר לכובש
להמשיך בכיבוש עד אין קץ.
מר אלניזי וממשלת אוסטרליה – סייעו לנו
להשתחרר סוף סוף מנטל הכיבוש הממאיר והמזיק הזה, המהווה אסון קודם כול
לנכבשים אך פוגע אנושות גם באזרחי ישראל.
זכותם של הפלסטינים לא כפופה להסכמת ישראל,
ומשא ומתן לשלום מתקיים בין מדינות.

يوم الجمعة الموافق 22.7.2022، في تمام الساعة 11:00 صباحا، بوقفة
احتجاجية أمام مقر السفارة الأسترالية في إسرائيل، في شارع يهودا هليفي 23 –
تل أبيب، وسنطالب بالاعتراف باستقلال دولة فلسطين.
إن فوز حزب العمال
في الانتخابات الأسترالية وتعيين أنتوني البانيزي رئيسا للحكومة، أعاد
الأمل لدى الفلسطينيين والاسرائيليين، الذين يسعون إلى إنهاء الاحتلال
وإقامة دولة فلسطينية، إلى جانب دولة إسرائيل.
وكان حزب العمال برئاسة
البانيزي، قد أعلن مرارا خلال المعركة الانتخابية عن معارضته للاحتلال وعن
ضرورة الاعتراف بدولة فلسطينية مستقلة. وللأسف الشديد لا يزال موقع وزارة
الخارجية الأسترالي ينشر الجملة التالية -

أستراليا لا تعترف بدولة فلسطين، الا أنها تلتزم بحل الدولتين... فهل يعقل هذا الأمر؟
نحن
نعتقد بأن هذا التوجه، هو ما يمنع وما يقف عقبة أمام إقامة دولة فلسطين،
بل ويقوم بتخليد الاحتلال. هذا التوجه يحمل في داخله المفهوم، بأن حق تقرير
المصير يتعلق بإرادة وبموافقة المحتل. لقد رأينا، لغاية هذا اليوم، كيف أن
المفاوضات "دون شروط مسبقة" تعزز من قوة المؤيدين للاحتلال في إسرائيل،
وتسمح لهم بتخليد حكومة الاحتلال للأبد، بما يشمله ذلك من انتهاك للحقوق
الفردية والوطنية – هدم للبيوت، الاستيطان، سرقة الأراضي، إطلاق الرصاص نحو
المتظاهرين، اعتقالات إدارية وحتى الإعدام بدون محاكمة.
لقد تم لغاية
الآن الاعتراف بفلسطين من قبل 157 دولة في العالم، إلا أن دول "الكتلة
الغربية" والتي تتعلق بها إسرائيل، تمتنع عن ذلك. ومع وجود تغيير الحكم في
استراليا، كلنا أمل بأن تقوم حكومة استراليا بكسر هذه الموجة من عدم
الاكتراث واللامبالاة "الغربية" وتعترف من جانب واحد بدولة فلسطين.
نحن
ندرك بأن هذه الخطوة ستكون سابقة، ستسهل على حكومات الدول الأخرى، في
أوروبا وأمريكا الشمالية، القيام بخطوة شبيهة، ودعم المفاوضات الحقيقية من
أجل عملية السلام، وليس مفاوضات وهمية تتيح أمام المحتل، الاستمرار
بالاحتلال للأبد.

بمساعدتنا على التحرر أخيرا من عبء هذا المرض الخبيث، الذي لا يعود علينا
سوى بالضرر، ألا وهو الاحتلال. فهو يشكل أولا مصيبة كبرى لكل من يعيش تحت
ظله، وهو ضربة قاتلة للمواطنين في إسرائيل. حق الفلسطينيين لا يخضع
للموافقة الإسرائيلية، المفاوضات من أجل السلام تتم بين الدول.

Recognition of Palestinian Independence – The Way to Peace Between Countries
Call for action:
On
Friday, July 22, 2022 we will meet at 11:00 am in front of the
Australian Embassy to Israel, 23 Yehuda Halevi St., Tel Aviv, and call
for recognition of Palestinian independence
The
Labor Party's victory in the Australian elections and the appointment
of Anthony Albanese as Prime Minister have raised hopes among
Palestinians as among Israelis seeking to end the occupation and
promoting the creation of an independent Palestinian state, side by side
with Israel.
Labor,
and its leader Albanese have repeatedly – also in this year’s election
campaign - stated their opposition to the Israeli occupation and
reiterated the need to recognize an independent Palestinian state.
Unfortunately,
also after the change of government, on the Australian Foreign Ministry
website the section devoted to the Palestinian Territories still
incduled the statement: “Australia does not recognise a Palestinian
state. We are committed to a two-state solution.”
Australia does not recognize the state of Palestine, but is committed to a two-state solution... Is this possible?
We
believe that exactly this kind of approach tends to perpetuate the
occupation and greatly hinder the creation of an independent Palestinian
state and. That is so because such an attitude implies that national
self-determination depends on the consent of the occupier.
Recent
experience has shown that trying for "negotiations without
preconditions" in fact strengthens the hand of occupation supporters,
allowing to perpetuate military rule to continue indefinitely, including
with all its crimes and violations of private and national rights -
house demolitions, settlement creations, land grabs, the shooting of
protesters, unjustified detentions even extra-judicial executions.
So
far, Palestine has been recognized by 157 countries around the world,
but it is precisely the "Western Bloc" countries - on whom Israel
depends – which persistently refrain from doing so.
Following
the change of government in Australia, we hope that it will be
Australia that will break the stalemate of "Western" indifference and
unilaterally recognize the State of Palestine. We believe that such a
move may set a precedent and make it easier for other governments,
including in Europe and North America, to make a similar move. This
would facilitate the launching of true peace negotiations - rather than
formal, empty "negotiations" that simply allow the occupier to continue
the occupation indefinitely.
Mr
Albanese, Government of Australia! Please help us Israelis to finally
free ourselves of the malignant burden of occupation. Occupation is,
first and foremost, harmful to the occupied - but it also fatally harms
the citizens of Israel.
The rights of the Palestinians are not subject to the consent of Israel.
Fruitful peace negotiations should be taking place between countries.
