Under what conditions does the world map draw the red "path line" on the display? Sometimes I see it updated and sometimes I don't after, I believe, I have done the same thing.
I understand what I was seeing. While just casually watching the path being drawn, I didn’t realize that domestic calls didn’t redraw it. Now that I look closely, I see that DX prefixes/calls always refresh it.
Thanks again!

Hi Jim,
A new path is shown when:
A new callsign is displayed (or edited) in the Log Window
A callsign in the Packet Window is single-clicked
A callsign in the Spots Map Window is single-clicked
A callsign in the Spots History Window is single-clicked
A callsign or DXCC prefix is entered in the "Call/Pfx" box in the World Map window
