I see that there is a problem installing beta version 7.14 - the file IndependentCities.lst is not included in the the "cabinet file" and is not being installed. I should have a replacement available soon as version 7.15 and I'll make a note here when I upload it.
In the meantime I've added the file IndependentCities.lst to this posting as an attachment. I've never used attachments here but if it works you should be able to copy the file to your XMLog install folder (usually c:\mlog ). Be sure to exit XMLog first...
