On the DK3WN Sat Blog they list their doppler.sqf file that is fairly up to date as of last TLE update: 21.11.2022 22:50:53. Also a lot of current satellite info that is up to date. The Amsat UK web site also has a doppler.sqf file but its last update is July 2020.
