Looks like they had to do some rescheduling related to changes in the Cygnus release. Below is the new schedule:

The Russians had originally scheduled SSTV testing from the
ISS over Moscow (with copy in parts of Europe). They've now
announced an SSTV test with global coverage prior to their

If one is wondering about the MIRATA that seems to be close by AO-91 atm in Stellarium , it got deployed with fox1b from JPSS-1 it seems .

1- is the deviation definition , is that FM "voice bandwidth" deviation and not frequency deviation (the carrier) .

Why Doppler Correction when there's AFC?
An interesting inquiry: AO-91 has Automatic Frequency Control built into it. So
why is it recommended to adjust the Uplink frequency for Doppler?
Lab testing of '91 "corrected" to +/- 8.5kHz
