Donā€™t think they do them anymore ....they do this programble oscillator which can also be used as a beacon keyer

vhf design in Ukraine also do a similar programble osilator ....but a lot cheaper šŸ˜€

Looks like DB6NT still makes the 10-12ghz multiplier Ā board , though you would have to get the circuit diagram and populate it with components.

We bought an assembled beacon multiplier unit, MKU 10 BAKE opt. 01, for OZ7IGY back in February 2014 for 270 EUR. The fully mounted unit with the oscillator components was 350 EUR Attached are the schematic and a modification description for x32 use that is used at OZ7IGY.

Just discovered that the 6 cm beacon multiplier PCB was 26 EUR. Only the PCB was available for the 6 cm multiplier. Eisch Kafka had all the parts.

John, G8ACE did an updated version of the DDK004 multiplier, 2.3 - 2.7GHz out 108 (ish)MHz external source input .Ā  Ā Ā 
PCBs may still be around
