I'm building an 8W DB6NT-style PA for 10GHz (the old model) and have everything except a 2W FET for the first stage TIM1011-2 or similar.
Does anyone have a suitable device available? I have a spare TIM1011-8 which I'm happy to swap for a suitable 2W device. It seems a waste to use it for a 2W stage I also have a spare milled box (supplied by Palle Nielsen many years ago.) Please contact me off list if interested.
