G4RFR QRV on 10GHz EME
Don't know the 3cm G4 version, but may be a transorb across the supply rail. Had similar problem with a 3.4ghz G3, was an SMCJ 15 if I remember correctly GL Howard, G4CCH

AD8307 log detector - output level flickers erratically
