GM4CXM/b on 3cm
It is a good signal in Edinburgh on an old BSB 30 cm dish. I can also detect it using Spectran on an Rx based on a LNB just using its horn as the antenna. On the dish it is about s4-5. It is drifting

FT 290 problem
Dear Colin, I had exactly this problem with my 290 which I use as an IF radio for microwaves. When the set was cold (when out /P in GM!) the S-meter would "pin" and the the ALC would cut in full on Tx

10GHz and a distinct lack of success - Confirm TC OK
David, Gordon, I can confirm that it is on. I can hear it in Edinburgh with my injection locked LNB on my roof. Signal is normal strength. Makes a great bistatic rain radar! 73s Brian GM8BJF.
