On the off-chance, does anyone have a ~96.008MHz, 60degree, HC18-type package crystal mouldering in their junk-box? I'm currently designing a new-generation beacon transmitter, initially for 10GHz,

I was listening Andy, but heard nothing except one false decode.
My home QTH IO91un, very poor for 10GHz. I can only hear GB3SEE!

Efficient things, blue LEDs. Rumour has it some are approaching 50% efficiency. Which means if you could reflect all the light back in, you'd see the current consumption drop.
I did once try to

Thursday works best for me. Let me know what time you will be on and I can go to Abbotsbury Hill. Ideal for cross-channel work but not so good to East.
