My one that works is a professional looking black coated PCB with connections on a 10 way header arranged 5 x 2
The dubious one(s) are on a larger, square green coated PCB with connections via 10 way

Re Point 3 – totally agree the minimum power level should be reintroduced (this rule relates to ALL UKAC, not just SHF part though).
