Appears to be functioning fine here visually in IO74PC only 144Kms away but through a 230 metre very steep hill. Screen shoot attached. As to strength looks about average but about 30dB

Nope, the pin is outside the housing, I just undid the bolt four turns and the motor housing slipped off. The photo of the socket is the inside of the hole where the shaft fits. Pin

Bolt is stiff, but only needs to undone about four turns, the end fits into a hole in the actuator shaft.
There is a transverse pin in the end of the shaft which is LOOSE and will fall
