I might be interested in a couple to play with too.

Hittite do some good stuff..but are a bit "tight" with samples!

HP do some interesting mm stuff too in the AMMP range. The AMMP-5040
20-45Ghz amplifier is an instance.

For the frequency source enthusiasts, I have just been sent an

about a pair of new surface mount x2 Hittite active multipliers
- no wire bonds either !

There are two for 10-15GHz in, 20-30GHz out,
with >10dBm output and quite low additive phase noise
