DOCTRINE OF PUBLIC PURPOSE

The Society's objects and motto clearly establish that the Society performs public function and its activities are not limited to its members. The Society also enjoys many tax benefits which is indirect public funding. Hence any person who is aggrieved by the irregularities, illegalities and contraventions of the Society's Registration Act committed in the Society can be a party and seek appropriate remedies through judicial intervention and complaints to Statutory Authorities.
