DIVERSITY IN AMERICAN THEOSOPHISTS Anyone visiting a conference or convention in USA will be shocked to see lack of Black members. After 145 years in the land where Theosophy was launched such a shocking status need to be fixed Theosophists have a greater problem in explaining what theosophy is and how Theosophical Society operates With Internet, everything is transparent In USA, there are many successful Black men and women in all fields – business, spiritual, arts, science, engineering, medicine, sports, entertainment etc It is common knowledge that all theosophical leaders and ‘who is who’ in American Theosophy are members of (secret) Esoteric Section They are all personally pledged to the Head of ES who is a White woman living in Australia No black man or woman would join a movement where leaders are personally pledged to a White woman It is upto the leaders and theosophists to see this serious issue preventing spread of theosophy to Blacks Peace

Theosophy for the masses is the theme worked out by HPB. If we don't enthuse blacks into the streamline we will not be fulfilling our job. UBH is not an armchair idea but a programmable endeavor.
