Elephant in the American Theosophical Room

is an idiom for an important or enormous topic, question, or controversial issue that is obvious or that everyone knows about but no one mentions or wants to discuss

The Elephant in the American Theosophical Room is the lack of diversity which is hurting spread of theosophy to the masses. Already the effect is obvious. Drop in membership and today it is 50% of what it was forty years ago. BLM has brought attention to this fact and all the leaders are silent. What are their future plans?

Status quo would kill current theosophical organizations.
Time to wake up and bring diversity.
It’s not easy and also time consuming

Talk to your leaders and ask what their plans are?
