I'd like to throw another set of rules into consideration Le Petit Empereur. !995 Chipco games. Written for campaigns and tourneys. 6 pages long and can be played entirely from the poop sheet. I have played a number of large 100,000 + troops per side in a day and at the end of the day there was no doubt who won.It can easily handle a large group of players. We made changes to allow for a Corps/ Army structure With Multiple Morale clocks and few other changes to flank and rear stuff.
It really does work well.

I recently bought BLB and Twilight of the Sun King.  I have Condray and several other Marlburian rules sets.  I am open to trying any of them out. 

I'm painting late 17th century now in 15mm.  Hope to eventually do Great Northern War.

I have some 15s—Austrians and a start from many years ago with 28mm Swiss and Prussians that I’ve started on again. I’ve played Beneath the Lily Banner and liked the rules. I’ve ordered Twilight of the Sun King that Friends  up North really like. I played it once at the 7YW convention last year.
