This is why Yelp is very useful to settle scores and sort out the bad apples.
It took us 4 agents to sell our home in Illinois. The first 3 lied and were not doing anything after the contract was signed with the exception of telling us Upgrade or lower the price. One agent wrote us after reading his Yelp review. It gave us closure.
Good luck to you

Good luck.

Hello All,

Karen and I have purchased a new home in Mesa in Leisure World. We wanted to get back to the East Valley and into a gated community. So we ended up purchasing from a Canadian couple who insisted on selling the home fully furnished. We agreed as our agent convinced us that we would be able to sell the furnishings and quickly get rid of anything else we didn't want. Well that's not really the case. So we now own two homes in Phoenix full of stuff. I am writing this to see if anyone might have any interest in anything in the attached PDF. If you see it is available. If someone has rental property or your kids might need something please let me know. The only two things we are keeping are the big TV and the Rectangular Patio set.
Also the Kitchen table set has been sold. Thanks for your attention.

P.S. Hey Larry can you refinish a Wooden entry door? If so I'd like to speak to you about a fir entry door which faces South and has blistered a bit.

It’s an over 55 community.
In my neighborhood (also 55+) all you need to do is put up an “Estate Sale” sign and the vultures swarm. Are you allowed to do that?

Mike
Have you tried to put the furniture in a consignment store ?
This is how the owner of the house we purchased got rid of his.
I am not sure about Mesa but consignment stores are very popular up here. They usually take half of the sale as commission.

Back when I was really in to War of the Roses I had a close look at those.  They look fun.  Without playing I can't say they would give a good wargame, but due to the nature of the battles at that time, maybe all the fluff is a good addition.

If anything it might be cool way to learn more about it.  I have figures that could be used if anyone is interested in trying it.

Just heard that The Perfect Captain website will be shutting down shortly.
The site has some pretty good FREE rule sets for a variety of periods.

And even if you don't like the rules, their BATTLE FINDER campaign system is really good and adoptable to most any system.

Go take a look and grab what you can before its gone.
