Hello All,

Karen and I have purchased a new home in Mesa in Leisure World. We wanted to get back to the East Valley and into a gated community. So we ended up purchasing from a Canadian couple who insisted on selling the home fully furnished. We agreed as our agent convinced us that we would be able to sell the furnishings and quickly get rid of anything else we didn't want. Well that's not really the case. So we now own two homes in Phoenix full of stuff. I am writing this to see if anyone might have any interest in anything in the attached PDF. If you see it is available. If someone has rental property or your kids might need something please let me know. The only two things we are keeping are the big TV and the Rectangular Patio set. 
Also the Kitchen table set has been sold. Thanks for your attention.

P.S. Hey Larry can you refinish a Wooden entry door? If so I'd like to speak to you about a fir entry door which faces South and has blistered a bit. 

Back when I was really in to War of the Roses I had a close look at those.  They look fun.  Without playing I can't say they would give a good wargame, but due to the nature of the battles at that time, maybe all the fluff is a good addition.

If anything it might be cool way to learn more about it.  I have figures that could be used if anyone is interested in trying it.
