You can get one, but mouser doesn't have any, for less than two dollars. You could likely spend a bit of time doing the divide by 10, or just find one with a 900 Khz output and stuff a resistor/capacitor low pass filter across the output. No idea, though, on what the original circuit wants. Harvey
