Electrolytic Capacitor Removal NO Desoldering Required
I replaced the surface mount caps on my TDS420 with that method. Every twist made my heart race. It worked. Did I like doing it? Nope. If I would have had tweezers I would have used those for sure. Yo

TDS 420 Oscilloscope
I have a TDS420. Every single SMD cap was leaking along with a good deal of power supply capacitors. After replacing all of those it works fine. I would make sure to check for PCB damage from the leak

Affordable current clamp.
Anyone have a good suggestion for a decent current clamp for use with a scope? I see a Hantek in Bezos world but it gets pretty mixed reviews. I would like to use it for automotive troubleshooting. I

[OT] Best glue to repair lifted trace?
This is what I use. It is actually a pcb over coat epoxy but it seems to stand up well to heat. https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/chemtronics/CW2500/CW2500-ND/1929217
