465B Square Wave problem
The termination is not required for the low and medium frequency compensation which is just as well if a x10 probe is used because then adjusting the x100 attenuator in a 465B requires a high level si

Shipping Scope-Mobiles
I got all of my Scope-Mobiles from the vacuum tube era and a 203 with the TM500 shelves this way. Given how heavy the 500 series oscilloscopes are, having a Scope-Mobile for each one is well worth it.

Using a diode in series works well for porch lights which do not need to be as bright anyway. The effect on operating life is much greater than the effect on efficiency and brightness: https://en.wiki

A hot air gun and naphtha (lighter fluid) are my first choices. Lighter fluid and hardware store naphtha may have contaminates so purer options are heptane or Bestine Solvent and Thinner which is used

Oh, that is the holdoff circuit. I thought I was looking at part of the horizontal timing circuit. Accuracy of the holdoff circuit is not critical so an aluminum electrolytic capacitor will be fine. N
