Comments from Peter Keller on the 500 Series Scopes
Hi Dennis. I’d be glad to pass on to Peter my thoughts about 500 series scopes. I have a nearly pristine 555 on a Tek scope cart, and have a few plugins ( CA (2), D, W, and a 1A7 I purchased from Stan

In Defense of the 7A19 + Ode to the 555 Triple Nickel
Hi Dennis. Just had to chime in on the 555 bandwagon. While it is not (by far) the fastest scope I own, it is in ways the most impressive, however it’s feature I most appreciate is it’s clear fine-lin

Tek extenders
I have several 7k scopes and plugins, so would also be interested in an extender if these are made available. I would hate to see these useful items just go to scrap. yahoo.com@groups.io> wrote:

Type O plugin
The closest thing to the Type O would be the AM- 501, which provides terminals for Op Amp gain, and other compensation. Of course, then you need a TM500 chassis.

7633 is disassembled -- want any parts, CRT? not known to work at all
Do you happen to have the horizontal board? My 7633 has flaky horizontal ( short trace) which I fixed, but recently went to No trace.
