Two 2465B for parts!
This is "Christmas tree" oscilloscope. On the back it says Option 5 - Video trigger. The front panel is off 24x5a. I would pass on that one unless one have a lot of 24x5B spares. Option's 5 front pane

577 Curve Tracer Problem
No, R754 didn't shorted through. Part of the resistor touching -30V trace burnt. Its resistance decreased. I think it changed to about 150k.
