7904 bridge rectifier module CR1215
Decided to use discrete 4amp 600V diodes for the bridge instead of the module. Arranged the diodes side by side - 2 on the bottom and 2 on the top to fut the .5" area. Soldering was a little tricky -

Thanks Dave. I used a Dremel tool with a pointed burr bit to drill into and carve off the four corners around the pins - worked like a charm took & just a minute. All I need to do now is wait for the

Does it make a ticking sound - like 1/sec? You may need to put your ear close to the cover to hear it. If so, it's something in the PSU - rectifier board, LV board, inverter - likely a shorted tantalu

If the voltage drops across the fuses don't reveal a problem, then I read that you should check for a stuck relay (most relays are in the same place as the fuses). One person reported that he checked

I read that silicone is somewhat conductive so you need to be careful with the transistor. I use arctic silver 5 (which is not silicone based) but you should be able to use any silicone based compound
