It looks like you are using a very long delay (30us or so). Can you use a much shorter delay? You may just be seeing the actual jitter of the signal from one edge to another edge 30us later, or

Aha, tactical problem easily fixed.
There's lots of ways the connectors can be numbered, generally all confusing. What you're looking at is the connector maker's nomenclature.
