That article appears to me to be largely garbage. It states that
they found 16.3% methanol in rafia palm wine in Nigeria.... Rafia

Re: Looking for a better in circuit ESR meter
Chuck,
I'm afraid I don't understand the diagram or the explanation. If there is a resistor in parallel with the cap, how much of the resistance is the resistor and how much is the ESR of the cap?

Hi Michael,
I would indeed start with checks on the logic board <2>. The Theory is quite clear about signal levels and paths. In both mainframe ALT and plugin ALT the flip-flop U156A is involved

Michael,
I would imagine that with modern manufacturing you could source higher precision resisters then what was available at the time anywhere. I know precision resister can run around

Re: 311-1404-00 concentric potentiometer for (R)7603: Intensity and Readout control
Bad news come in pairs, threes, something.
Just did my search on the 311-1404-00 and this thread was second hit!! I'm in need of the same item for a 7613.
Anybody find one laying around looking

Re: TM515 mod UB
Thanks, Hakan.
I will have to take a closer look at the TM515. The pin 13/14 plastic barrier must not be in place because I could insert the PS501-1 into any slot easily.
