How about allowing attachments with these limitations:
1. Users should be able to disable whether or not they receive them.
2. Place a limitation on size - a 1.5GB attachment is ridiculous, there

If you're referring to email delivery of attachments here, then this - as
many have mentioned - is avoidable.

Re: CRT for a 576 Curve Tracer
It's coming back to me gradually - this stuff was discussed here a while back, maybe 2-4 years. I think the 577 non-storage CRT can work in the 576, but I wouldn't want to waste 577s for that purpose.

Re: CRT for a 576 Curve Tracer
Reed,
for your reference, the CRT (P2) is 154-0563-00 for early numbers, and (P31) 154-0563-05 for s/n over B060000. sadly, I do not have this tube. The Tek CRT Tubes index does not show either tube

Yes, don't be stupid and just set your Groups.io account to NOT RECEIVE ATTACHMENTS if you don't want them.

Re: Allowing attachments
I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH A BUNCH OF ATTACHMENTS FOR WHICH I HAVE NO USE AND FOR WHICH I HAVE TO PAY DATA FEES TO MY ISP.
If one wants to provide photos, put them in the photos section of the group.
