Hmm, Q926 is 151-0347-00 6-6&12 which is a 2N5551, 100MHz 160V 600mA TO-92. You might get away with a 2N4401 selected for high Vceo but one of the many high voltage TO-92 parts is the way to go and

Rated 25 volts. You can get some out of an F16 or a Ohio Class Sub. The 5082-2800 is rated at 70 volts. But take a look at that series as there are some lower voltage parts and some matched quads.
