of them, on the bottom, have a blue U shaped piece of plastic likely
meant to grab onto the mounting latch for a scope cart.

I've never seen it, but it will probably be very nice for not much money.

Bad luck on that try. If you log onto groups.io, go to the TekScopes file area and sort the list by uploaded date you will see about 12 files uploaded since Jan 1st. Maybe not everyone who uploads

I'll put a copy of the J16 datasheet up on the files area which includes the list of application notes. A lot of the J16's have gone to industrial recyclers (see ebay) and the paperwork gets thrown

Yes and no. If you use the usual scope plugins, then the accuracy of
a 7000 series scope is as good as any other scope. You're still trying
to read a spot on a screen.
