FEDLOG says it's 14.160inches long and covered under TO33A1-13-450-1, and was used in a "Microwave Test Station" NSN is6625-00-544-3978.

I don't think were were any more total "clones" (full copies intended to be identical.
However there were several scopes that copied "some" of Tek designs.
Kikusui sold some portable scopes
