Re: TM500-series extender ?
I agree 100%, a TM502A without the cover IS the perfect fix for doing TM500 module repairs, it's what I use
when I have to do any serious module work. I also have extenders for quick adjustments,

Tek 603 tub smashed during transport - new tube wanted!
I tried to buy a Tek 603 over Ebay but it unfortunately was broken during transport. Not much visible damages to the parcel though but nevertheless the neck was broken off.
Anyone has a spare tube

Re: TM5006 GPIB interface board.
I made a mistake, for the TM5006, that should be part 112-024-213R001, the "female" version of the connector.
As for the screws, "jack screws" will probably do. And in a hobby/bench environment, it's

Re: TM500-series extender ?
TM502, TM501... you can even use a TM503!!
A bit more bulky, of course, but no need to cut down anything. I often use the rails to stabilize my hands when probing components.
cheers

Re: Which deserves to live, 2445 or 2465?
Upon checking my 2445 it has 155-0241-02 and my 2465 155-0241-01.
Deal killer?

Bruce, I have a very similar problem; I get a message saying my clock is
ahead.
(I am on Greenwich (UK) Mean Time)
Walter's site does the same.
