Hi Alan
You will have GPIB or RS232 - not both.
You can use any National Instruments GPIB card (that is compatible with your
PC) and Tek has some free software on it's website you can download to get
screen dumps.
You cannot control this scope as it's all manual controls (hand operated)
but you can upload or download waveforms.

I recently got a tek2230 scope with GPIB/ RS-232 card installed, but
i don't know how to connect it to my computer, can anyone advise me
