Use the HORIZ DISPLAY in the MIX position.

The left side of the screen will display the A-sweep portion of the signal, and the right side of the display will contain the B-sweep portion of the signal - that which was highlighted in the A INTEN mode. Separate the A and B sweeps as you are doing in the video, but turn the B sweep portion to higher sweep speeds - smaller time/div settings.

The purpose is to be able to observe both the context (left) and zoom (right) waveforms. Try imaging the falling edge of the square wave while triggering the waveform with the A-trigger slope set to +. The intent is to expand the fall time of the falling edge.

The scope was set up as described:
With the B DLY'D button pushed and "Starts After Delay" selected I can move the square wave up and down the screen with the Delay Time Position dial.
