I will study your recent pictures this morning, but one quick remark/question:

Did you use a 10x probe when you took the measurements?

EG the gate Pulse is looking good now, in terms of shape and frequency, but the scope screen readout says 1,4Vpp, while I would expect around 15Vpp ?

And I see a similar difference with the sawtooth amplitude?
