Re: PIN Diodes used in Tek products

Gerry: At this time, I am only interested in purchasing PIN diodes and
possibly a couple Hot Carrier diodes. I do not need tunnel diodes at this
time. Thank you for the offer. I am sure that tunnel diodes will not be
available in the future when I will need them. Such is life.

Gary,
I deleted the email where you posted the part number you are
trying
to find, but I have a few 152-0125-01, 4.7 ma. tunnels; they are
replacements for 1N3717 and TD-3A, I am told. I used them for a pulser I
made, and they worked fine for my application. If they can help you, let
me
know.

Gary,

You might look at the Microchip/Microsemi GC4410-115-2 or UM7301B to see
if
they come close to what you could use. But be prepared to hand over some
cash.
