For the 11801C it only lists user and programmer manuals, not the service manual.

You can get the manual from Didier's site. He has
sections for the CSA803C, and the 11801C. There is
some duplication.

But the 11801C is in /Tektronix/Tektronix - 11801 Digital
Sampling Oscilloscope

Just use his search to look for "11801C"

I don't have the 11801C manual (the Tekwiki link reports missing).
