These documents were on microfiche because they were sent to the field offices and they required compact storage. Eventually microfiche was phased out by digital documents, probably by the mid 1990s. I don't know exactly when. We have some sections of a later RPR but it is not complete and doesn't cover any of the desired part numbers. 1986 is as late as we have at the museum currently.
