Position doesn´t fit

Hello together,

today I´ve brought my TeenAstro into operation, and evrything is lookinf fine. Only the position isn´t the right one the mount moves to.
The mount drives to wide. Tested with the sun (inside a room, don´t worry). Because here I know were she is. But the mount points below
the horizont. But right now the sun isn´t below the horizont!
I don´t mean the calculated position, that is correct. I´ve tested this with a card program. No, the system points to the wrong position.

Seems to be a few degrees wrong. I think it´s a problem with the gear value.

Setup:

HQ5: 1:144

Belt: 12 teeth to 48teeth thats 1:3

That is a gear value of 432.

Motor: 200 steps/rotation, 32 Microsteps.

But were do I think wrong?

Many thanks.
