Connectors on mainboard 2.3.1

There is confusion about some connectors on the mainboard. Following the assembly-instruction from the wiki I see "white pin-connectors" on the image of the complete PCB whereas I see "black  hole-connectors" on detailed images off the same spots. Amongst others of the D+ and D- connections for the Teenyboards. 
What is correct ?  Which connectors are on the Reichelt list ?

Sébastien send me the picture and I have not check that the colors are the same becayse hehad used Mollex connector. Will change the picture to avoid confusion.

Armand has prépared the schematics. We will had this to git and to the Wiki
