Hello.  It was suggested that I need to do a hard reset of the radio.

In the owner's manual, page 33, it has menu 999, but will this do a hard reset of the whole radio?  Under "setting values" there is an option for Full Reset, but is that a button, dial, etc?  

Any guidance is welcome.
