BTW: I know his uncle, Mike Viars, quite well. Mike has been my HVAC guy for several years now, and has become a personal friend. Mike does excellent HVAC work, is honest and knowledgeable, and has VERY reasonable prices. Besides my own experience, I have
referred him to at-least four friends and neighbors, and all were completely satisfied.
