Updates on upcoming talks in Stuart and Hobe Sound and FLL Exhibit

A brief update as a reminder:
Martin County libraries:  talks on the history of the FEC Railway with exhibits courtesy of Mr. Groothouse and the famous Cabooses, Sat., 8-24, 11:00 AM--12:30 PM, Stuart, 2:--3:30 PM, Hobe Sound, these sponsored by the Smithsonian, Florida Humanities Council and the Martin County Library System
October 1, "soft" opening of THE GREAT DAYS OF RAIL TRAVEL ON THE FLORIDA EAST COAST, a major, six month exhibit at the Bienes Museum of the Modern Book on the 6th floor of the main library in FLL, with the GRAND OPENING on Wed., Oct 9th from 5:30 till 7:30 PM with exhibit assistance from Jonathan Nelson as well as FEC model displays.
Mr. Robert Ledoux, FEC Railway Vice President and General Counsel will give the opening remarks for the exhibit along with a welcome from our friends at All Aboard Florida.
These will be marvelous events showcasing America's most exciting railroad and we hope that as many of you as are able will join us.
