Six years ago bought a very nice college shop, hardened bed SB 13" with tooling as described for the 10K, plus Bridgeport with brand new Kurt vice, Mitutoyo DRO, Yuasa rotary table, and lots of other misc tooling for $5k. Both machines clean with minor wear, late 1950's. This was Los Angeles area.

All my SB 9 inchers, included one like the OP's were under $1k.
