thanks for answer. It seems to be another Win10 mystery.
I reactivated my old PC with Win7 and can update settings without any issues and save to eprom...

Sorry, I don't have an answer. I have a Servo I controller that uses Com1, and it connects fine to either ServoConfig or Servo Communicator. It can't connect to both at once.

Since your main concern is to separate the guiding functions from the mount control and imaging, putting the guider on a separate PC is only possible if that PC is not using ASCOM to connect

The greatest load on the servo and drive components generally is the acceleration and deceleration loads. SiTech ServoConfig.exe allows you to set the rates. A slower acceleration setting

You could run the guiding function on a separate PC to separate it from the Main camera and SiTech, which would allow platesolving. You can't do this using pulse guiding, but you can guide
