Well, I warned you that Parking and Unparking was changed, and needed to be reset. As for the meridian flip settings, in SiTech you can set them to any setting you want. However NOTE: setting SiTech AND another program to control meridian flips is playing with fire.
Your setting in SiTech right now (according to your image) is to only do a meridian flip on GoTo when the GoTo is more than 1 degree past meridian. Not doing a MF when tracking means your mount will stop tracking at 2 degrees past meridian (1° due to Goto + 1° due to track past). These will be regardless of settings you put into SGP.
