Field Tech needed in Crete, Nebraska

Cultural Resource Analysts, Inc. is currently seeking one archaeological field technician for a Phase I archaeological survey in Saline County, Nebraska. The project is expected to start on or about August 19 and will consist of one 5 day session but it may extended to 7 days. A bachelor’s degree in anthropology, attendance in a field school, and prior archaeological experience are required. Preference will be given to those applicants with previous field experience in the Great Plains.  It is imperative that the candidate be able to work 8-10 hour days in a variety of weather conditions.  Stooping, bending, and lifting are essential functions of this position. Work days will consist of eight (8) to ten (10) hour days depending on the weather and will begin and end at the hotel. Per diem will be $51 per day with single occupancy lodging provided. Per diem and lodging will not be paid on non-work days.
