Construction monitoring job for buried cable project, $18-25 pr/hr. + overtime, per diem, lodging, and mileage.  Work is Monday-Friday with weekends off, but lodging covered seven days a week.  Pay is bi-weekly.  Positions open for 1 to 4 months, until October 2021, with work likely continuing 2022.  Applicants need the following qualifications:

1. Master’s Degree preferred, but will consider Bachelor’s degree applicants in archeology, anthropology, history, or other related field with 3+ years of experience.
2. Experience construction monitoring.
3. Experience in Midwest archeology.
4. Common sense and the ability to think for oneself, assess a situation and draw reasonable conclusions based on studying the facts.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills which will allow one to deal effectively with the public, private landowners, clients, regulatory personnel, supervisors and co-workers.

Looking to fill 1 position immediately, and 1 other within a month, however applicants without an MA/MS must be approved by the federal agency for the project prior to hiring.  Applicants should submit a cover sheet and vita showing detailed work experiences (hours worked)  via email to ehouk@....
